Food Allergy Canada (formerly Anaphylaxis Canada) is today announcing an exciting new version of its anaphylaxis course for educators.

We are pleased to announce the five lucky schools which will each receive prize packages of $1,000 towards the purchase of education-related supplies, equipment or programs, and an Anaphylaxis Tool Kit containing educational resources.

Food Allergy Canada (formerly Anaphylaxis Canada) is building on the success of its online anaphylaxis training program with the launch of Anaphylaxis in the Community: What Parents and Others Need to Know.

The Anaphylaxis in Schools online course has a reset date of July 1 each year. This reset allows individuals to retake the course and create a certificate with a new date. Those in progress at the time of the reset will need to begin the course again. School personnel are encouraged to keep the annual July 1 reset date in mind when scheduling their training.

In May 2016, Food Allergy Canada (formerly Anaphylaxis Canada) launched the Allergy Aware Champions contest to help promote the newly released Anaphylaxis in the Community online course available at www.allergyaware.ca. The contest recently ended and we have a winner!
